CHMT is a medical travel facilitator. We help connect patients with hospitals, doctors and related travel services abroad. We are not a hospital, clinic or healthcare provider, and we do not practise medicine or provide medical treatment ourselves.

Cost estimates we share are indicative and provided by hospitals or service providers; final costs may vary. Any fees, payment terms and refunds are subject to the policies of the relevant hospital or service provider and any separate agreement with us.
We assist with visa support, flights, airport pickup and accommodation as a convenience. Approval of visas and availability of travel services are subject to the relevant authorities and providers, and are not guaranteed by CHMT.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHMT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from medical treatment, travel, or reliance on information provided through our services or website.
